Lightning Miner guide: how to earn more from your mining farm

Lightning Miner is a free mining game where virtual miners on your racks earn a share of a real crypto pool while your facility has energy, even with the page closed. You choose which of 8 coins to mine and how to cash out. Here's how energy, racks and withdrawals work, and what has kept my own farm paying. Not playing yet? How Lightning Miner pays

Lightning Miner: build your farm, mine while away

8 tips to earn more

  1. Bank energy before you log off. A shortlink (+4 h) and the Daily Bonus (+6 h) cover a night's sleep. The cap is 48 hours, so top up daily rather than all at once.
  2. Put every miner on a rack. Miners in Inventory earn nothing. Fill each rack's four slots before buying more.
  3. Look for rack bonuses. Rack stats and matching hardware sets add bonuses, so plan the layout instead of placing at random.
  4. Do the daily quests and minigames. Each adds energy, and quests pay coins and crates toward better hardware.
  5. Mine the coin you'll actually withdraw. FaucetPay takes all 8; direct LTC or SOL needs only $1 (1% fee), while direct BTC needs $10 (2% fee).
  6. Withdraw before 14 days. Anything left longer becomes game coins. If you'd rather reinvest, that's fine; if you want crypto, cash out regularly.
  7. Mind the 3-hour cooldown. Most withdrawal routes allow one request every 3 hours, and BTC to FaucetPay goes in whole satoshis.
  8. Invite real friends. Referrals give you 10% of their PTC and offerwall coins, 10% of coins they buy, and 10% of their mining power.

Ways to cash out

Free or Premium?

Free is enough to mine and withdraw. Premium is the shared CXL Games pass, which also covers TRX Miner and Lightning Quest. On Lightning Miner it adds unlimited mining energy, +10% power, double faucet rewards, 100 daily coins, a higher FaucetPay limit and no popup ads on eligible claims. It's worth it only if you play daily. Check the current price on the site.

What I've earned so far

Six withdrawals to FaucetPay between 4 Aug and 13 Oct 2026: 790 sats in Bitcoin plus a small ETH payout, all marked paid. See all my payout proof or read my full Lightning Miner review.

Rules to stay safe

Lightning Miner is 18+ and allows one account per person. Bots, scripts, VPN or proxy abuse and fake referrals are banned and can cost you your balance. It's a virtual mining game: your device doesn't mine, and rewards depend on the pool, so they aren't guaranteed income. Full rules are in the Lightning Miner terms.
